The Whitehouse Dog

by admin on April 17, 2009

Some dogs are born to be lucky and Bo, a six-month-old Portuguese water dog seems to be the luckiest dog in the world. As of now he is certainly the most famous having just taken up his post as official Whitehouse dog

[ad#right-336]America’s First Pooch has arrived and the Obama girls seemed delighted with their long-promised puppy as it it enjoyed its first romp on the South Lawn of the White House yesterday.

For a water dog Bo hasn’t quite made it yet for; “He doesn’t know how to swim,” said Sasha, 7, President Obama’s younger daughter. Other more unusual attributes, Mr Obama revealed, include webbed feet and a love of tomatoes – which could be bad news for Mrs Obama’s White House garden.

While I send my congratulations to the family on their new pet I do so with one reservation – he wasn’t a boxer, I think they’re just lovely but then this post is about the new Whitehouse dog
